Standard dinner includes a 5-7 course dinner highlighting the freshest ingredients and customer’s tastes.

HEAVY HORS D’OEUVRES

Hors d’oeuvres menus start at $95/person
Standard hors d’oeuvres include 3-5 heavy passed/plated or station portions and 2-3 snack items

*All services are subject to availability and minimum occupancy. Mississippi Sales Tax, travel to and from event and payment is due upon services rendered unless billing cycle has been prior approved.

SHORT TERM TRAVEL WITH PRIVATE CHEF

Short Term (1 to 5 days) Private Chef fees start at $750/day for up to 5 guests and $100/person, per day after Guest 5.
Included in fee: Family-style Breakfast, Light Snacks, Plated dinner regionally specific to location.

*Client is responsible for all of chef’s travel and lodging*

PUBLIC SPEAKING AND CELEBRITY CHEF APPEaRANCES

Public appearances or celebrity chef events $1500/event, plus travel to and from event, which is measured by road miles and charged at $0.55 per mile
